Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated contactlessly in the Fever app. Therefore, printing it is not necessary.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) if you have further questions. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. To do so, click "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the account you used to purchase your ticket. If you can't find your ticket, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible 60 minutes before showtime. The venue opens its doors 1 hour before the start of the performance.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, all guests must be at least 12 years old. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Taking photos without flash is permitted during the show, but filming is not. For the best possible experience for you and all other guests, however, we recommend only taking photos at the end during the curtain call, so that everyone can enjoy the performance undisturbed.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts 75 minutes.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place at Halle400 (An d. Halle 400 1, Kiel-Gaarden).
How do I get to the venue?
Stop Kiel Gaardener Ring. Bus: 14, 32, 300, 52. 12 minutes' walk from Kiel Hbf (central station).
Are food and drinks available?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar before the show. However, no food is offered.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and use "Bringing a service animal" as the subject.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff on site.
Are strobe lights used on site?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who need support throughout the experience can apply for a free ticket for their carer. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject "Free ticket for carers".
Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask that you arrive in good time.
