Performers: Cuarteto Antiguas Vanguardias, a string quartet consisting of two violins, a viola, and a cello.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or request a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — contact us indicating your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket within the Fever app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket number.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is food served?
The venue does not sell food or drinks, and they are also not allowed inside the hall.
Is there parking available?
The venue does not have its own parking. We suggest arriving early to avoid difficulty finding parking in the surrounding areas.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have a space to accommodate wheelchairs.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. You must already have your own ticket purchased before applying — contact us indicating the relevant documentation.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert will start at the scheduled time, and if you arrive late you will not be allowed to enter the venue or the show, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece of the concert, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable, and what items are prohibited?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used are LED. Authorized staff may check attendees to prevent the entry of prohibited or dangerous items (outside food and drinks, drugs, weapons, or sharp objects).
