Programme: Time - Inception, Zooster’s Breakout - Madagascar, Supermarine - Dunkirk, Honor - The Pacific, A Dark Knight - The Dark Knight, Wonder Woman Suite, Gladiator Suite, Cornfield Chase - Interstellar, Dune Suite, Discombobulate - Sherlock Holmes.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket number.
What are the different ticket types?
We have different zones depending on the visibility you want: Premium Zone and Zones A, B and C (Front and Side). Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone, and each ticket is valid for one person only. You can sit with friends if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The venue is indoor, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where does the experience take place?
At Casa Espacio Luz, located at Camino a Cato, Km. 1, Chillán, Región del Ñuble, inside Espacio Cubo. You can get there by car, taxi, or a ride-hailing app by searching "Casa Espacio Luz" or "Camino a Cato, Km. 1".
Is there parking available?
Yes, the venue has on-site parking.
Is there food or drinks served?
No, the venue does not sell food or drinks, and outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the room.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility, along with a companion, have suitable access to the hall.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the rest of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the venue or the show.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please also keep your phone on silent mode throughout the performance.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all our candles are LED (flameless).
Are there any restrictions on items I can bring?
Authorized staff may check attendees to prevent prohibited or dangerous items from entering (outside food and drinks, drugs, weapons, sharp objects, or anything that could pose a danger to yourself or others). We reserve the right of admission and/or removal in cases of intoxication, drug use, or any behavior that is uncomfortable or risky for yourself or others.
