Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket number.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please check our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the app.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, at the Aula Magna Arzobispal in Concepción.
Is food served?
The venue doesn't sell food or drinks, and outside food and drinks aren't allowed inside the hall either.
Is parking available?
The venue doesn't have its own parking. We recommend arriving early, as parking nearby can be hard to find.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us with the relevant documentation.
Does this venue have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, the venue doesn't have space to accommodate wheelchairs.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for everyone's safety all candles are LED.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are there any prohibited items?
Authorized staff may check guests to prevent prohibited or dangerous items from entering (outside food and drinks, drugs, weapons, sharp objects, etc.). We reserve the right of admission and to ask guests to leave.
