About the experience
Is there food served?
There is no food served on-site.
Can I take photos, videos, or use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the cast.
Can I leave my seat during the performance?
Out of respect for the cast and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you come together and all hold tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and Balcony.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass. Contact us with proof of need; we'll send a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket, which must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket and shown with your tickets at entry.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app, logged in with the account used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date/time changes are permitted, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before your start time - contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, transfers to another Fever account are free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
