At the heart of the programme is Franz Schubert’s String Trio in B-flat, D. 471 – a fragment that offers a glimpse into the composer’s early chamber style. Completing the programme is the Divertimento Trio by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, a masterclass in clarity, balance and wit.
