How do I vote?
You'll be handed a paddle. When instructed by the Judge, raise it to submit your vote for the option offered.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may explore mature themes like crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
About your tickets
Are tickets available at the entrance?
No, only through the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests needing assistance get one free carer/support-worker pass. In the Wheelchair Accessible zone, just arrive with your carer to be seated together, no separate application needed. For Zone A/B/C, apply for a free carer ticket before your purchase by contacting us with proof; it must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket, and both tickets are shown at entry.
Can I change my date or get a refund?
You can change your date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or via the exchange option in the app if available. Refunds aren't available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets, and where do I find them?
Yes, transfer for free via "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Your ticket and QR code live in the app's "Tickets" section and in your confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it's validated via the Fever app on arrival.
Access & venue
When should I arrive, and what if I'm late?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before start; late entry isn't permitted, out of respect for performers and other guests.
Are food and drinks available on site?
No food or beverages are sold at this event.
Are service animals allowed, and is the venue accessible?
Service animals are welcome, and the venue is accessible.
Is there an age requirement?
12+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos, use my phone, or leave during the show?
Photos/recording are allowed only during the curtain call, without flash. Your phone must stay on silent otherwise; you can only leave your seat in an emergency, out of respect for performers and other guests.
