Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

About the venueColchester Town Hall - Moot Hall
Colchester Town Hall, completed in 1902 and designed by John Belcher, is a striking example of Edwardian Baroque architecture. Its landmark Victorian tower, topped with a statue of St Helena, complements ornate interiors including the historic Moot Hall organ and an elaborate Council Chamber adorned with stained glass and painted ceilings.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. See our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Is there food served?
No, food is not served at this venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes — Vineyard Street car park is located near the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue has level access, with a ramp available, and there are several nearby car parks with designated disabled parking. If you need personalised assistance, please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and once it starts, no further entry is permitted.
Is the venue indoors?
Yes — the concert takes place indoors, at Colchester Town Hall (Moot Hall).
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (fair visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (feverup.com).
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket — once received, we'll send you a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket, which must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket. Show it together with your tickets on entry. Accepted documents include Middle or Higher rate DLA for care/mobility, a PIP receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
How do I get to the venue?
The concert takes place at Colchester Town Hall, High St, Colchester CO1 1PJ. The venue is accessible by car and public transport — Colchester Town railway station is around a 10-minute walk away.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
