Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 24 hours before the concert starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID — refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No intermission is planned, and doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place at the Michaeliskirche — indoors, with assigned seating within the zone you purchased.
Is food or drink available?
No, eating or drinking inside the church is not allowed.
Is parking available?
No, the Michaeliskirche doesn't have its own parking lot.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free companion pass. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please send us the supporting documentation. If a service animal will be accompanying you, please also fill out this form.
Does the venue have disability access?
Wheelchair users can only be seated in the side areas of the church, not in the central section.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
How do I get to the venue?
You can reach the Michaeliskirche (Nordplatz 14, 04105 Leipzig) via the Nordplatz stop (tram line 12) or the Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Platz stop (tram lines 9/10/11/16).
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat in your zone. The concert starts on time; if you arrive late, you won't be able to enter the show.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
