Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What ticket types are there?

There are tickets for Zones A, B and C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account for free, directly from the app.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.

What is the Flexible Cancellation ticket and how do I get my refund?

With the Flexible Cancellation ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend. Contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documents are required. Please note: if the ticket is transferred to someone else, it loses its refund eligibility.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide a voucher for the free carer ticket (subject to availability). Please have both tickets ready at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start.

At the Anthroposophisches Zentrum Kassel, Wilhelmshöher Allee 261, 34131 Kassel.

How do I get to the venue?

By public transport: from Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe ICE station it's about a 5-minute walk (head west along Wilhelmshöher Allee). From Kassel main station, take the RE98, RB5 or RE30 to Wilhelmshöhe station. By car: via the A49 (from the south) or the A7/B7 (from the north), exit at Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe.

Will food and drinks be available?

Drinks are available for purchase. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in our form if a service animal will be accompanying you.

Does the venue have accessible access?

Yes, there is accessible access to Zone B.

Is there parking available?

Public parking is available in the surrounding area, some of it free along the side streets.
