Ultimate Sevens is not a traditional rugby matchday. It is a full one-day tournament where every match counts. Teams compete in short, high-intensity games, with no half-time and no room for mistakes. Lose and you’re out. Each club features both men’s and women’s teams, bringing equal visibility, equal energy, and equal stakes to the same stage. From the first whistle to the final match, London will host the Grand Final in this new kind of rugby experience built around speed, pressure and live atmosphere.
Promising a high-octane, electrifying competition, Ultimate Sevens is introducing sporting innovations including; 10-minute non-stop games, dynamic try conversions, and tactical timeouts per team.
