The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is permitted once the performance has begun.

The venue is divided into sections — Premium, A, B, C, and D — based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the ticket type you purchased.

Yes — if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone, you can sit together. We recommend arriving in good time, and our team will do their best to seat your group together.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to enter.

Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

The concert takes place at The Corn Exchange, Northgate, The Precinct, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1LS. From Rochester station, it's an 8–10 minute walk southeast via Corporation Street and High Street to reach The Precinct, near Rochester Cathedral — or simply follow the signs for Rochester High Street towards the historic town centre. By car, use Blue Boar Lane Car Park (ME1 1PD) or Rochester Railway Station Car Park (ME1 1EW); The Precinct is a short walk from both, and the venue itself is in Rochester's pedestrianised shopping area, near the cathedral and castle.
