Beck serves classic Italian dishes, that have been reinvented using the finest seasonal British ingredients. Beginning with the likes of roasted veal sweetbreads with fava beans, peas and artichokes, move on to rich mains like grilled black cod with Nduja crust, red peppers and cucumber, and aged Rhug Estate striploin with truffle mash and rosemary sauce. Round off a meal with an ever changing selection of British and Italian cheeses, or desserts such as tiramisu affogato and Sorrento lemon cheesecake. Sample flavours from both Sicily and the Alps in a bespoke dining room!
