Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket, such as: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card. We'll then provide a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket; you'll need to show this along with your tickets at the venue, and each carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full price ticket.
