We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Global Omnium Auditorio, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.

Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Global Omnium Auditorio. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.

To enjoy the experience stress-free, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the music starts. Remember, access is cut off 5 minutes before the beginning, and the doors won't open once the concert starts to keep the atmosphere intact.

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.

The dress code is completely casual and free. The essential thing for enjoying the experience to the fullest is that you choose comfortable clothes.

The Candlelight: The Best of the 80s in Seville lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.

You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.
