The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Global Omnium Auditorio, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

Can tickets be bought at the Global Omnium Auditorio box office?

It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Global Omnium Auditorio. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

You can dress casually and informally, as there is no strict dress code. The important thing is that you feel comfortable while listening to the music.

The Candlelight: Halloween Classics in Seville lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

Sure! You can buy a Candlelight Gift Card and let them choose their favorite concert on the day that suits them best. Already have a ticket for a specific day? No problem, use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app and send it as a gift.

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. You can buy your photo experience at Global Omnium Auditorio if the quota hasn't been reached yet. Just remember that we don't accept cash in the venue, only card, and that online purchases have priority.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.

Select your favorite shot, and our team will print it while you enjoy the show. Don't forget to collect your keepsake when the event ends, as it won't be possible to store it for afterwards.

This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.

Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Global Omnium Auditorio? What about service animals?

Pets are not allowed in this experience, but if you need to attend with a guide or assistance dog, their entry is 100% guaranteed.
