Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What ticket types are available?
The venue has 2 floors and Premium, A, B or C zones. All tickets are individual; the Premium Box has a maximum capacity of 6 people, and Boxes A and B hold up to 4 people each. Every attendee needs their own ticket, and no box is sold as a package or group ticket.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us quoting your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need extra help, contact us quoting your ticket number.
What is the minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
At Teatro Margarita Xirgu, located at Chacabuco 875, in the San Telmo neighborhood, Buenos Aires City, Argentina.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is in a central area, with several nearby options via subway lines C or E and city buses. Take precautions, as there can be traffic congestion in the area.
When should I arrive, and what happens if I'm late?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your zone. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be allowed into the building or the show.
Is food served?
The venue doesn't sell food or drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility should buy tickets in the Premium, A, B or C Ground Floor zones, which have adequate access. The Boxes are not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. If you need assistance throughout the experience, you're entitled to request 1 free pass for your personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket (you need a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the corresponding documentation.
Is parking available?
The venue doesn't have its own parking.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
Are there any prohibited items, and what happens if weather affects the event?
Authorized staff may check attendees to prevent prohibited or dangerous items from entering (outside food and drinks, drugs, firearms, sharp objects, or anything else that poses a danger). Fever reserves the right of admission. If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (relocation or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, and no entry is allowed once the show has started.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
