Exhibition Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- Until the day before the event: You can cancel your tickets and receive a full refund.
- On the day of the event: Ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are not allowed.
- No-Show: If you do not attend on the designated day, you will not be able to receive a refund.
- On-site Purchase: Refunds may be restricted depending on on-site circumstances (e.g., the exhibition closing time) when purchasing tickets on the day of the exhibition.

2. Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Depending on the payment gateway and card company policies, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after the cancellation is completed.

- No refunds after admission: Once you have entered the exhibition (used your ticket), refunds are not possible.

- Ticket Management: If you lose or damage a paper ticket on site to the extent that the QR code (or barcode) cannot be recognized, it may be difficult to reissue or refund the ticket.
