Take time out from the hustle and bustle of stressful London life and emerge yourself in the healing and relaxing practice of Yin Yoga. Slow, long-held floor poses stimulating your bodies energy lines and relaxing mind. As you lie to rest your final savansa, in a sea of candle lights, you will be guided on a sound journey through a chakra activating sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Sessions are held in a small intimate setting so you will receive plenty of 1 to 1 help. At the end of the class, the yoga teacher will spend 1 to 1 time with you to design a personalised home sequence based on your requirement.
