You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play); remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also receive your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts; please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.

What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket and how does it work?

It lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event starts. No documentation is required. You'll get a full refund except for the 10% flexible-option fee; if you choose an exchange, you'll receive a voucher for the same value to rebook the same experience. The ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.

How long does the show last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors.

Is food or drink served at the venue?

No, food and drink are not served at this venue.

Is parking available near the venue?

There are several public and private car parks in the area; the closest is Aparcamiento Savia Catedral, next to Avenida de la Catedral.

Is there an age requirement to attend?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please let the Fever coordinator or staff know at the entrance when you arrive.

There are three zones available: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.

If you need assistance during the experience, you can request 1 free pass for your carer. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation.

How do I get to the venue?

The Reial Cercle Artístic de Barcelona sits in a pedestrian area; the nearest access point by car is Vía Laietana street. By public transport, Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia metro and train stations are the closest, and several bus lines stop nearby.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue box office?

No, tickets aren't available at the box office. They must always be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
