Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Catégorie A : assise, Catégorie B : assise, Catégorie C : assise and Catégorie D : debout. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that any dates will be added beyond those shown on the site. Check the event page for availability and confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code?
There is no set dress code for this experience. Casual clothing is just fine.
Will there be interaction with the artists?
Although the artists captivate the audience and get them involved, the experience doesn't necessarily involve direct interaction with them before or after the show. You can fully immerse yourself in the show by watching them and enjoying it!
Do I need to arrive on time for my session?
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the time shown on your ticket so that we can get you settled in the best possible way and you have time to stop by the bar before the show starts, to make the most of your experience.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility. People with reduced mobility and their companions can book a category A, B or C ticket. Please let us know by emailing salut@feverup.com.
