Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances. Check our T&Cs for more details.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and once it starts, latecomers won't be able to enter.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, at Swansea Minster.

No, there won't be any food available at the venue.

How do I get to the venue, and is there parking?

The venue itself doesn't offer its own parking, but nearby options include Oxford Street Car Park (2-minute walk), St David's Car Park (3-minute walk) and Quadrant Car Park (5-minute walk). By bus, St Mary's Church stop is a 1-minute walk away and Swansea Bus Station is 4 minutes. By train, Swansea Station is about a 10-minute walk via High Street and Alexandra Road.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes — accessibility ramps are located at the front entrance and on the east side of the building on High Street, where accessible parking spaces are also available. Inside, the venue has wide corridors, ramps and lifts for easy movement, plus fully accessible restrooms.

Can I get a free ticket for my carer or support worker?

Yes — guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free companion ticket. Contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll send you a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket.
