Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
Combo Social Club can be reached by car from the city centre: there is no reserved parking, but public paid car parks can be found nearby. By public transport: several bus lines stop near Via Mannelli. On foot or by bike: the area can be reached on foot from the historic centre (about 20 minutes from Piazza Santa Maria Novella) and has bike racks. We recommend planning your journey in advance, especially on event nights, as the area can be busy.
Are food and drink available at the venue?
Before and during the show you can buy drinks. Food is not available and cannot be brought into the room.

Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be admitted to the show.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
