• Guacamole made on the spot: over molcajete, guacamole and edamame, broken burrata, mint and nachos
• Brioche with crumbled oxtail, mushroom slices, Bull sauce and arugula
• Sanlúcar shrimps wrapped in fresh basil

Main course, to choose one per person between:

• Bimbo Burger artisan style
• Pure pastrami show sandwich
• French toast with caramelized brioche bread, red berry jam and toasted butter ice cream
• Eggs Benedict NY style with Iberian bacon and spicy béarnaise sauce
• Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce and fresh dill
