Performers will engage and involve the audience, but there is no direct interaction. You can fully immerse yourself in the experience by simply watching.

What types of tickets are there?

Where can I buy tickets?

On the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple Store) or on the Fever website. There will be no ticket sales on site.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, free of charge. Click "Transfer Ticket" from your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us for any assistance, including your ticket ID number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Present your ticket from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app or from your purchase confirmation email.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

No refunds are allowed. Date changes are possible up to 48 hours before the show—contact us with your ticket ID, or use the "Change Date and/or Time" button in the app if available.

Can I make a group booking?

You can book up to the maximum number of tickets the app or site allows to purchase, subject to availability. It is not possible to make a special group booking.
