Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What ticket types are available?
First Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
Are companion or carer cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events; please contact us for a ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the show starts; contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. See our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; no entry once it starts.
Does the show take place indoors or outdoors?
The show takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
Perth Town Hall has an onsite bar in the lower foyer; guests may take drinks into the Hall. The bar closes during the performance and no snacks are available.
Is there parking available?
The nearest City of Perth car parks are on Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), Council House (27 St Georges Terrace) and Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). See the City of Perth Parking website for details.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Use the entrance on Hay Street; a ramp is also available from Barrack Street to the Lobby, and a lift is located opposite the stairs. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so onsite staff can be notified. The nearest disabled drop-off bay is 150 metres away on the south side of Murray Street, near the corner of Barrack Street.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional paid photo experience: you get your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue if not sold out, though online buyers get priority. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to validate with the photographer; refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
How do I get to the venue?
Perth Town Hall is at the corner of Hay Street and Barrack Street. It's accessible by car and public transport: the Red CAT bus stop and a taxi rank are adjacent, Perth City train and bus stations are three blocks away, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre / Esplanade Busport are five blocks away.
