Starters

• Suya dusted crispy squid
• Super spicy chicken wings
• Salt and pepper garlic bread topped with herb marinated cherry tomatoes

Main Course

• Pan fried white fish with potato asaro, asparagus and a spiced pepper sauce
• Rosemary infused lamb chops with a black eye bean stew and sweet salted plantain
• Warm African spiced wild mushrooms with fondant potatoes and cherry tomatoes

Dessert

• Chocolate and orange brownie served with milk ice cream
