How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid box office?
It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
Will there be food and drink service at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Not at all! There's no strict dress code. We recommend a casual and relaxed style; the most important thing is that you're comfortable to fully enjoy the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Fleetwood Mac in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry, the candles are all LED technology and replicate the light of a flame identically. Without real fire, they don't emit heat and aren't flammable.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
