- On the menu: Preparing curry paste, discovering the main ingredients, vegetables, spices, and herbs, and learning how to use them to create a fragrant Chicken Massaman Curry and a flavorful, harmonious Pad Thai.
- Meet the team: Kim, Ruth, and Jorys—three food enthusiasts with diverse culinary passions. We wanted to extend the Parisian Tables experience through this cooking and mixology workshop concept, allowing everyone to make a kitchen space their own, regardless of skill level!
