Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — sign in with the same method used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating, hosted in the Grand Prix Ballroom.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B great visibility, and Zone C good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and children under 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Is there food and drink available?
There will be a bar onsite serving beverages for an additional charge. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the venue provides access to event parking for $12 per vehicle. ADA parking is available at the entrance of the event building.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully ADA accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. All dogs visiting the facility must be kept on a leash of no more than 6 feet at all times.
Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Yes, guests can leave the concert room during the performance to use the restroom. You'll be let back in during breaks between songs to minimize disruption.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
On selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
A paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir. Photos can also be purchased on-site (card only) if not sold out, though online buyers get priority.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated venue location on the day of your event. They are tied to that specific date/venue and are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up.
