Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

The Herzogsaal in Regensburg is a historic banquet hall that is part of the Old Town Hall. In the Middle Ages, it served as a representative meeting place for princes and high-ranking guests. The architecture is particularly impressive with its richly decorated wooden ceilings and elaborate wall paintings.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Alternatively, check your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app to see if the “Change date and/or time” button is available and follow the steps shown there. A refund is not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.
What different ticket types are available?
The venue is divided into zones A, B, C and D, based on view quality. Seats are assigned to you at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the ticket type purchased.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Herzogssaal (Domplatz 3, 93047 Regensburg, Germany).
How do I get to the venue?
The Herzogssaal is right in the heart of Regensburg's old town and can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the city centre. If you arrive at Regensburg Hauptbahnhof, you can either walk for around 10-15 minutes or take a short bus ride into the centre. From the central stops near the cathedral, it is just a few steps through the historic lanes to the Herzogssaal.
Is parking available?
No specific parking details are available for this venue. As the Herzogssaal is located in the pedestrian old town area, we recommend arriving by public transport or on foot from the main train station.
Is food or drink available?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Guests who need assistance during this experience can apply for a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us with the relevant proof. Once we receive it, we will provide you with a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, please contact us with your order number.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
