• Bitter Aperitif - Campari base, mix of lemon & orange juice shaken with homemade mango & pineapple syrup with a touch of aromatic bitters
• Mug Off - A gin base, built in a julep mug with Manzanilla Dry Sherry, French herb liqueur and a touch of lemon
• Butterwashed Negroni - Rosemary, white rum, Rinomato Aperitivo & Punt e Mes; butterwashed
• Limanescapade- Pisco shaken with homemade mango, pineapple & rosemary, lime and egg white
• The Boss's Tipple - Chivas whiskey stirred with Pedro Ximenez sherry and Amaro del Capo, aged in a barrel
• Twisted Adonis - Pinot Grigio based with Rinomato Aperativo, pre-batched and filtered in an amphora
