1 Take Your Seat Please arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close promptly at the start of the show. Late entry is not permitted.

What is "The Jury Experience"?
Experience a gripping courtroom drama in Vienna. In this interactive live theatre show, you take on the role of a juror deciding a verdict. Examine testimonies, forensic evidence, and every detail in between—then decide: guilty or not guilty?
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts around 60-75 minutes, depending on the case. Please check the dates and times directly in the ticket selector.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, drinks can be purchased at the venue's bar before the show.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. Bags larger than A4 are not allowed in the auditorium.
Is photography or filming allowed?
Photography is allowed during the show without a flash, but filming is not permitted. We recommend taking photos at the end during the curtain call.
Will strobe lights be used?
No.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number and the subject "Bringing a Service Animal".

What types of tickets are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my support person?
Yes. First purchase your own ticket and then contact us with your ticket order number and the subject "Free ticket for support person".
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. In the Fever app, click on "Transfer tickets". If you have any questions, please contact us with your ticket order number.
Do I have to print out my ticket?
No. Your ticket will be validated contactlessly in the Fever app.

Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes of date and time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the show. A refund is not possible.

Entry begins 30 minutes before the start of the show. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start. Late entry is not permitted.

The venue has no parking spaces. There is a public parking garage within walking distance at Parkhotel Schönbrunn.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Ages 12 and up. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
