😊 Relaxed Sessions: For a calmer experience 
Our "Relaxed Sessions" are designed for anyone who wants to enjoy the experience in a calmer atmosphere. 

• Reduced Capacity: we significantly limit the number of tickets per timeslot to create more personal space for individual visitors. 
• Authentic Experience: please note that the lighting and sound effects remain unchanged from the original exhibition. This means there will be transitions between bright and dark areas as well as changes in the soundscape. 
• Interactive Elements: the experience invites visitors on an interactive adventure. During this journey, different rooms are explored, resources are gathered, and mobs are fought. Despite the smaller crowd size, there may still be moments where you briefly come into closer proximity with others. 

We recommend checking in advance whether the conditions on-site – especially the light and sound effects – are suitable for you and/or your companions. We count on a considerate atmosphere so that all guests have an equal opportunity to experience the magic of the Minecraft Experience. 
 
♿Accessibility Information & Accompaniers 
Guests who require a companion are entitled to a free assistant ticket. Accompanying persons/assistants receive free admission on-site. 
 
The guest requiring assistance must hold a valid ticket. 
 
For children, there must be at least one full-price ticket in the group to claim entitlement to a free accompanying ticket. 
 
To provide proof of the need for an accompanying person or assistant, one of the following documents must be presented at the entrance: 

• A registered "B" in the severe disability ID card with marks "B", "H", or "Bl" 
• Proof of blindness or severe visual impairment (medical certificate) 
• ID card for an official assistance or guide dog
