DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ at Haydock Park Racecourse

There will be paid parking available. Please pre-purchase it as an add-on with your ticket, or you can pay on arrival. If you need accessible parking you do not have to buy a parking ticket: just present your documentation on arrival and the attendants will show you to the parking zone.

The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to check in and purchase food or drinks before the show starts. Late entry is strictly prohibited.

Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings. Please note that seating is unreserved, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice of seats will be.

Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. You will also receive your tickets in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Animals are not allowed at this event's venue unless they are service animals.

Haydock Park Racecourse is accessible for disabled customers, with ramp access, accessible parking close to the entrance, accessible toilet facilities, low level service areas in the bars and Food Court, and first aid facilities. The venue includes a wheelchair accessible viewing area: to use it, please book the Access Viewing Area ticket type for your group so you can stay together. You do not need to pre-purchase a parking ticket for accessible parking: show your badge to the parking attendants on arrival and they will direct you to the accessible parking area.

Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. For this experience, simply show proof that you require a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be able to enter for free.
