This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as for the Front Row.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Other than with the Flexible Refund Ticket, refunds are not possible. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The concert takes place at the Kulturkirche Altona (Bei der Johanniskirche 22, 22767 Hamburg).
How do I get to the venue?
The Kulturkirche Altona is just a 5-minute walk from the Holstenstraße S-Bahn station. The station is served by the following train lines: A1, S11, S21 and S31.
Are food and drinks available?
There is a small bar on site. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue has disabled access.
Is there a car park?
The church does not have its own private car park.
What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who book it. You'll have the chance to be photographed in a special area we've set up just for this. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience through the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who purchase on site. Please note that we only accept card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for the photos, we prefer to hold them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them for you to take away. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or rebook a new photo experience slot.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it and begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In that case, we'll refund your photo experience booking.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is scheduled.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
