• Squid on pisto manchego ratatouille
• Bilbao style sea bass with sautéed peppers garnish
• Iberian pork in our house barbecue sauce with potatoes and corn on the cob
• Braised veal cheeks, truffled mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes

Dessert, to choose between:

• Homemade chocolate molten cake
• Apple gyozas with vanilla ice cream and green apple sorbet ice cream
