Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
What are the different ticket types available?
There are different zones depending on the visibility you want: Orchestra Zone A, Orchestra Zone B, Side seats level 1 (12 spots per side), Side seats level 2 (4 spots per side), and Balcony level 2. Side seats are fixed, individual seats facing the stage, better suited for solo attendance than for couples or groups.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or www.feverup.com before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us with the relevant documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, with doors opening 30 minutes before the start.
Where is the experience taking place?
At Teatro Panamericana, located at Cra. 43A #6 sur-150, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia.
How do I get to the venue?
There are several public and private transport options. Please plan ahead, as the area can experience heavy traffic.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your zone. If you arrive late, you won't be allowed to enter the venue or the show.
Is there food served?
No. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the auditorium.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The building is designed to be accessible for wheelchair or crutch users in Zone A.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the venue has free parking with limited spots. Please note these may already be occupied by attendees from earlier shows.
