About the venueAlbrechtsberg Palace
Albrechtsberg Palace, whose representative rooms provide a perfect setting for exclusive events, is considered the most significant building of late classicism in Saxony. Perched high above the Elbe amidst a beautiful park landscape, it houses one of the most beautiful chamber music halls in Dresden, the splendid Kronensaal.

Parking
Public parking at the castle is very limited. You'll find further parking nearby, for example at Lingnerschloss, from where you can reach the castle with a short walk. We recommend travelling by public transport.
Accessibility
The castle has limited accessibility, but it does have wheelchair access available on request. Please contact the castle team before purchasing your tickets to discuss the facilities on site, and inform the guard at the castle gate upon your arrival.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your own ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the concert begins. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible. You can find further information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Crown Hall of Schloss Albrechtsberg (Bautzner Straße 130, 01099 Dresden).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: Elbschlösser stop (bus EV11), from where it's less than 500 metres on foot. We recommend travelling by public transport. By car: Bautzner Straße 130, 01099 Dresden.
Is there food and drink available?
Drinks are available to purchase at the bar on site.
Am I allowed to bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals. Please contact us in advance if you'll be accompanied by an assistance animal.
Is the venue accessible?
The castle has limited accessibility, but it does have wheelchair access. Please be sure to contact the castle team before purchasing your ticket to discuss the facilities on site. To use the access, let the guard at the castle gate know when you arrive.
Is there parking available?
There are only very limited public parking spaces at the castle, so we recommend travelling by public transport. There are further parking spaces nearby, for example at Lingnerschloss, from where you can reach the castle with a short walk.
Can I take photos or film during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, when the musicians announce it, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes beforehand. The concert starts on time: no entry is possible once the concert has begun.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the concert to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
How are seats allocated? Can we sit together?
You'll automatically be assigned the best possible seat within your chosen price zone. To sit together with friends or family, buy all tickets in the same purchase. Once seats have been assigned, they cannot be changed afterwards or on site.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" next to your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything out: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes and there is no interval planned.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
