By train: Manchester Victoria Station is a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible. The Cathedral has level access from the south and east doors; level access to the restrooms is via the choir door (exit through the south door, go around the south side gardens, and enter via the choir door). Contact User Support if you have any questions.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free companion pass for their personal assistant/support worker. You must have a valid ticket before applying — email us with proof (e.g. Middle/Higher rate DLA, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card + 1 category requirement).

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and audience.

For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.

Available on selected events, it lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts (the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred); no documentation is required. Refunds go back to your original payment method (up to 10+ days) or as a voucher if you paid with one; exchanges are issued as a voucher of equal value to book a new date. Refunds cover the full ticket price except the 10% flexible-ticket fee.
