Die Kreuzkirche im Chemnitzer Stadtteil Kaßberg wurde in den 1930er Jahren vom Architekten Otto Bartning entworfen und gilt als bedeutendes Beispiel moderner evangelischer Kirchenarchitektur. Heute dient sie nicht nur als Gotteshaus, sondern auch als Ort für Konzerte, Vorträge und kulturelle Veranstaltungen. Sie gehört zur Ev.-Luth. St. Pauli-Kreuz-Kirchgemeinde.

Where can I find my ticket, and do I need to print it?
You don't need to print anything. You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play): just log in with the same account you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Simply show it from your phone at the entrance.
Are refunds available?
No, refunds are not available under any circumstances. However, you can change the day and time of your event up to 48 hours before your originally booked slot, subject to availability. Please fill out this form to do so.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to any other Fever account. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes, and no interval is scheduled.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and drinks be available on site?
No, there is no catering available on site. Bringing your own food, snacks or drinks is not allowed either.
Is there parking available?
Near Kreuzkirche you'll find public street parking along Henriettenstraße, Kassbergstraße and Weststraße, as well as the Weststraße car park (City-Parkhaus Kaßberg).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. If you need to bring a service animal, please contact us directly through this form.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the upper gallery (Empore).
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash.
Can I get a ticket for my carer or personal assistant?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant. Please send us the relevant proof after purchasing your ticket.
What ticket zones are there, and can I sit with my friends?
Tickets are available for the zones Front Row, A, B, C, D, and Gallery Row 1 and Gallery Row 2. If you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone, you can sit with your friends. We recommend arriving early.
How do I get to the venue?
Kreuzkirche Chemnitz (Henriettenstraße 36, 09112 Chemnitz) can be reached by tram (lines 1 and 2 to Zentralhaltestelle, about a 15 to 20 minute walk) or by bus (lines 31 and 82 towards Kaßberg, "Henriettenstraße" stop).
When should I arrive?
Doors open at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has begun is not possible, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I use my phone during the show, or leave the room?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for everyone's safety all candles are flameless.
