The Kreuzkirche in the Chemnitz district of Kaßberg was designed by architect Otto Bartning in the 1930s and is considered an important example of modern Protestant church architecture. Today, it serves not only as a place of worship but also as a venue for concerts, lectures, and cultural events. It belongs to the Ev.-Luth. St. Pauli-Kreuz-Kirchgemeinde.

Where can I find my ticket, and do I need to print it?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. You don't need to print anything — just show your Fever ticket in the app or by email at entry.
Are refunds possible?
No, refunds are not possible. However, you can change the day and/or time of your event up to 48 hours before the originally booked option, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. There is no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for the following zones: Front Row, A, B, C, D, as well as Gallery Front Row and Gallery Back Row.
Is there food served?
There are no catering options on site, and bringing your own food or drinks, including small snacks, is not allowed.
Is there parking available?
Public parking is available nearby along Henriettenstraße, Kassbergstraße and Weststraße, as well as the Weststraße car park (City-Parkhaus Kaßberg).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free ticket for their companion. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please send us the corresponding proof.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the gallery.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may be denied entry to the show.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece, and without flash.
Can I use my mobile phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
