This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are only available in advance via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the entire experience receive a free ticket for their carer. To do this, you must already have a valid ticket and send the required proof via the Fever support contact form. You will then receive a voucher, with which you can book the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You must show both tickets at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Yes. Admission is allowed from age 8. People under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
A change of date and/or time is possible, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the experience. To do this, contact Fever support and provide your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. The General Terms and Conditions apply.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Kurländer Palais, Tzschirnerplatz 3-5, 01067 Dresden.
How do I get to the venue?
The Kurländer Palais is about 250 metres from the Frauenkirche.
Are food and drinks available?
Drinks are sold on site. You may not bring your own food or drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, but assistance animals are. If you'd like to come with an assistance animal, fill in the Fever support contact form in advance.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
No. The banquet hall can only be reached via the grand staircase.
Is there a car park?
Yes, for a fee: the Schießgasse car park has 350 spaces and the Frauenkirche/Neumarkt underground car park has 250.
Can I still get in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is scheduled.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
