The Literaturhaus Frankfurt in the building of the rebuilt Old City Library is a central meeting point for literature enthusiasts. Behind the neoclassical facade, a vibrant world of books unfolds. With numerous readings, discussions, and exhibitions, the house is considered a staple in Frankfurt's cultural life.

    The Bildungszentrum Ostend underground car park (Sonnemannstraße 13, €2 per hour), as well as the car parks of the Fleming's Deluxe Hotel, the Hospital zum Heiligen Geist (both on Lange Straße) and the Lindner Hotel Main Plaza.

    Accessible access to event rooms and toilets. The entrance with wheelchair ramp is at the back of the building, right next to the car park. All rooms are equipped with an induction hearing loop.

What ticket types are there?
There are three ticket categories: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue; you must buy them before your visit via the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the event, you'll receive a free ticket for your personal carer. First buy your own ticket, then submit the relevant proof via the support form. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you book the free carer ticket, subject to availability, in the Fever app. Show both tickets together at entry.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are possible, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the start. To do so, contact support and provide your ticket ID. A refund is not possible.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, tickets with flexible refunds are available: with these, you can request a full refund if you no longer wish to attend the event.
By when can I return a flexible refund ticket?
A full refund is possible if you get in touch up to 48 hours before the event starts. A ticket that has been transferred to another person is not eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required to request a refund.
How do I request my refund?
Submit your request via the Fever support form.
Where does the concert take place?
At the Literaturhaus Frankfurt, Schöne Aussicht 2, 60311 Frankfurt am Main.
How do I get there by public transport?
With S-Bahn lines S1 to S6, S8 and S9 to the "Ostendstraße" stop, with bus lines 30 and 36 to "Schöne Aussicht", with bus line 45 to "Frankensteiner Platz" or with tram line 18 to "Hospital zum Heiligen Geist".
Where can I park?
In the underground car park at "Bildungszentrum Ostend" (Sonnemannstraße 13; €2 per hour; Mon-Sat 6.30am-1am, Sun 7.30am-1am), as well as around the clock in the car parks of the Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside (Lange Straße 5-9), the Hospital zum Heiligen Geist (Lange Straße 4-6) and the Lindner Hotel & Residence Main Plaza (Walther-von-Cronberg-Platz 1).
Is there food and drink available?
No food or drinks can be bought on site. The Restaurant Goldmund is located within the Literaturhaus; to visit it, you must book directly with the restaurant.
Can I bring animals?
Only assistance animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The event rooms and toilets are wheelchair accessible. The entrance with a wheelchair ramp is at the back of the building, right next to the car park. All event rooms are fitted with an induction hearing loop.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.
Can I still get in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
