No documents are required, unless the ticket has been transferred to another person – in that case it is non-refundable. Contact us here to request your refund.
How many zones/ticket types are there?
Tickets are available in zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; late entry once the concert has begun is not possible.
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating by zone.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. Guests who need support during the event are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. First purchase your own ticket, then send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide you with a code to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets together on entry.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed, except service animals – you'll need to fill in a form in advance for these.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the hall where the concert takes place is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there's an underground car park right next to the hotel; it can be used for an extra charge.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Himmelssaal of the Radisson Blu, Böttcherstraße 2, 28195 Bremen.
How do I get to the venue?
The easiest way to reach Böttcherstraße 2 is via Wachtstraße. By car via the A1: take the Bremen-Arsten exit towards the city centre, continue on Neuenlander Straße to Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, then turn right, cross the Weser, turn left onto Martinistraße and after 50m turn right onto Wachtstraße – the hotel is on the corner. By tram: take line 4 towards Arsten or line 6 towards the airport to the Domsheide stop, from where it's a 200m walk.
Is food and drink available on site?
Before and after the event you can book a table at The Lobby restaurant (www.thelobby-restaurant.de) and get drinks there. During the event itself there is no drink service.
