The Auditorium di San Francesco al Prato is a multifunctional cultural center created from the renovation of a deconsecrated 13th-century church, located in the heart of Perugia. Designed to offer maximum flexibility, the auditorium can host a wide range of cultural events such as concerts, theatrical performances, congresses, and conferences.

What types of tickets are available?
Tickets are available for three zones: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you have purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early: we will do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Phones must remain on silent mode for the entire concert.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: simply send the PDF with the barcode received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with the ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance and we will send you a code to obtain the free ticket. You will need to show the document along with the tickets to enter.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. The confirmation email also contains a PDF with the barcode to access the event.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects the event (change of venue or postponement), we will notify you in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
Where does the concert take place?
At the Auditorium di San Francesco al Prato, Via San Francesco 4, 06123 Perugia (PG). It's easy to reach by Minimetrò: the most convenient stop is Pincetto, a 6-minute walk away.
Is it possible to buy food?
No, food cannot be purchased at the venue.
