How do I request my refund?

You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documents are required; please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to someone else.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide you with a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show both tickets at entry.
