You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code will also be in your confirmation email.

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has started.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal caretaker. After purchasing your own ticket, send us the relevant supporting documentation and we'll provide you with a voucher for the free caretaker ticket.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
