⭐ Celebrating its 19th year, the theme for the Fuji Shibazakura Festival is "The Best Seat in Spring." Across a 1.5-hectare landscape—the largest in the Tokyo metropolitan area—roughly 500,000 moss phlox (shibazakura) of 6 different varieties create a stunning pink gradient. Experience the breathtaking contrast between Mt. Fuji and the blooming flowers that can only be seen during this season from your "best seat in spring."

Description
Approximately 500,000 moss phlox—the largest scale in the capital region—bloom across the vast grounds at the foot of Mt. Fuji. This beautiful contrast of vivid colors is a quintessential spring tradition in Japan. For its 19th year, the festival embraces the theme "The Best Seat in Spring." It is truly a premium vantage point where you can soak in the panoramic view of a spring-colored carpet stretching as far as the eye can see against the majestic Mt. Fuji in the crisp, clear air. Come and enjoy this one-of-a-kind grand panorama created by six unique varieties of  shibazakura.
