Yes, but only single strollers. Double strollers are not allowed, as we don't have space to store them. For greater comfort, we recommend using baby carriers/backpacks.

Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs, whose owners must present the corresponding documentation.

No designated parking. There are pay parking lots near the venue.

What's the closest station? How long does it take to get to the venue?

The closest station is Shijo-mae station (Yurikamome line), and it takes about 3 minutes to get to the venue on foot.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your reserved time. Access will not be allowed after the time indicated on your ticket.

Will there be an audio guide?

No, there won't be an audio guide.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Photographing the original artworks is not allowed. You can take photos and videos of the rest of the spaces, without flash, provided it is not for commercial or professional purposes.

Do you offer carer/companion tickets?

We offer discounted tickets for individuals with disabilities. A valid disability certificate is required for admission. Carers must purchase a General Ticket to accompany the ticket holder.
